UPDATE 11:01 a.m.: Appalachian Power says crews have restored power to 239 customers after an overnight vehicle crash led to an outage in northwest Roanoke.
ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) — More than 200 Appalachian Power customers in northwest Roanoke are without power Wednesday morning after an overnight vehicle crash.
According to the company, the outage started just before 1 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 23.
As of 7:14 a.m., Appalachian Power says 239 customers are impacted by this incident.
Crews estimate power will be restored by 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
