LEXINGTON, Va. (WFXR) — Lexington City teachers welcomed a number of their students back to school on Monday.
Fourth, fifth, seventh, and eighth-grade students returned to in-person learning Monday, Nov. 16. Students will attend school four days a week, with one day of at-home learning on Fridays.
This marks the end of the Lexington City Schools’ phased plan to return to in-person learning. Kindergarten and first-grade students returned to in-person learning the week of Oct. 26. Second, third, and sixth-grade students returned the week of Nov. 9.
