ROCKY MOUNT, Va. (WFXR) – Jacob Fracker and Thomas Robertson, the two Rocky Mount officers who had participated in the Capitol riots last year, lost a detail they were hoping to have included in their upcoming trial.

Federal court documents say that Fracker and Robertson were hoping to have prior evidence of their good conduct offered as evidence in their case which includes their time as police officers and their military service.

A U.S. District judge ruled that such evidence is improper.
