ROCKY MOUNT, Va. (WFXR) — Two former Rocky Mount Police officers charged in connection with the Jan. 6 riots at the U.S. Capitol pleaded not guilty before a federal judge on Tuesday.
Jacob Fracker and Thomas Robertson face a number of charges, including disorderly conduct and entering a restricted building.
Defense attorneys for both men entered the please during the virtual hearing on Tuesday, Feb. 2.
This news comes after two new charges against the former officers were sent down by a federal grand jury on Monday, Feb. 1.
