Deputies arrest man in connection with drug trafficking and drug paraphernalia in Franklin County

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — Franklin County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested a 47-year-old man in connection with drug trafficking, drug paraphernalia, and deputies seized substances.

Deputies say, Samuel Epps, had outstanding warrants and outstanding charges from 2018. They located Epps and arrested him on Monday, Sept. 27. According to deputies, during the arrest the Narcotics Unit seized the following items:

  • 19 grams of suspected powder Cocaine
  • 24 grams of suspected Crack Cocaine
  • 15 grams of suspected Heroin
  • 212 grams of suspected Marijuana
  • $4,265.03
