UPDATE: Brush fire on I-81N in Rockbridge County cleared

ROCKBRIDGE COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) – VDOT has extinguished the brush fire on I-81N at mile marker 184 in Rockbridge County.

All lanes of traffic are now open.

ROCKBRIDGE COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) – The Virginia Department of Transportation reports there is a brush fire on I-81N at mile marker 184 in Rockbridge County.

The north left shoulder and left lane are currently closed while crews work to extinguish the blaze. Motorists can expect delays until further notice.
