ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) — Wouldn’t your time outside this summer be more exciting with a furry friend by your side? Angels of Assisi is hosting a Memorial Day weekend adoption event from May 26-29.
There are special discounts for walk-in adoptions. Dog adoption fees are $25 and puppy fees are $100.
There is a ‘Pop-Up Puppy Adoption’ event on Friday from 4-6 p.m. at the Petco in Towne Square.
Adoption events from Saturday through Monday will be held at the Angels of Assisi shelter off Campbell Avenue from noon until 6 p.m.
Angels of Assisi hopes you’ll stop by to meet some of their current residents and possibly add a new member to your family.
