LYNCHBURG, Va. (WFXR) — A car crash near the 1900-block of Old Forest Road near Hill Street temporarily closed the road and cut power to the neighborhood.
The crash happened around 2 a.m. The road reopened and power was restored around 7 a.m.
Appalachian Power said more than 600 people were without power at the height of the outage.
