BOTETOURT COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — State Police were on the scene of a crash Monday night after a pursuit that began in Roanoke City ended in Botetourt County.
State Police say the pursuit began when a person was allegedly caught speeding at 75 miles per hour in a 35-miles-per-hour area.
The subject refused to stop and led authorities multiple miles into Botetourt County to where Route 11 meets Route 220A, according to State Police, who say the vehicle then rolled over.
There is no road blockage and no word on the driver’s condition.
