UPDATE 2:47 P.M.: All lanes of the 6200 block of Franklin Road have reopened.

ROANOKE COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — All lanes in the 6200 block of Franklin Road in Roanoke County are closed following a dump truck hitting possible power lines, county police tell WFXR News.

Roanoke County Police and Roanoke County Fire & Rescue are on the scene.
