One injured in Sunday morning car crash in Bedford County

BEDFORD COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — Firefighters and medics were dispatched to a car crash on Sunday morning after a driver went over an embankment in Bedford County.

According to the Forest Volunteer Fire Department, crew members from Engine 51 and Medic 145 responded to a single vehicle crash after a car drove over an embankment on the morning of Sunday, Feb. 23.

The department says one person — who was wearing their seatbelt when the crash took place — sustained minor injuries.
