One injured after three separate reports of shots fired in Radford overnight

RADFORD, Va. (WFXR) — One person is injured after three separate reports of shots fired occurred in Radford overnight Saturday.

Radford Police tell WFXRtv.com that the reports started at 11:19 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, and 12:30 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 10. The reports came in from the following locations:

  • 400 Block of Sanford Street;
  • 1000 Block of Carson Street; and
  • 900 Block of New River Drive.

One person sustained an injury connected with these incidents, though Radford Police said the injury was not a gunshot wound.

Police do not know if the shots fired events are connected.
