GALAX, Va. (WFXR) — First responders brought three people to the hospital after a Monday afternoon multi-vehicle crash in Galax.
According to the Galax Fire Department’s Facebook post on Monday, Feb. 22, units responded to a crash with entrapment at Highway 58 and Mt. View Drive shortly after 2 p.m.
When units arrived on scene, they found three vehicles involved in the crash and one person trapped.
The department says cross trained firefighters/EMT’s helped Galax-Grayson EMS and Baywood Search and Rescue Squad to assess, package, and load the patients.
Three people were brought to Twin County Regional Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, fire officials say.
The Galax Police Department reportedly investigated the crash.
