PULASKI COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — A man facing child abuse charges entered a guilty plea on Wednesday.

According to the Pulaski County Commonwealth’s Attorney, Adam Hodge entered eight guilty pleas. Hodge pleaded guilty to the following:

  • Six class six felony child abuse charges that could result in serious injuries
  • Two class four child abuse charges that did result in serious injuries

These charges stem from incidents that happened between Jan. 1 2021 and April 30, 2021.

Hodge remains held without bond and could face up to a maximum of 50 years in prison. His sentencing hearing is set for Aug. 8.

The court has also ordered a presentence report that will be prepared by the state probation office.
