Man affiliated with Riverview Baptist Church in Giles County faces multiple child pornography charges

GILES COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — A man affiliated with Riverview Baptist Church, where Noah Trout was abducted from on Sunday, is facing multiple charges, according to investigators in Giles County.

Justin Elliot Graves, 31, was arrested on Tuesday, April 27. He faces the following charges:

  • Five counts of child pornography
  • Five counts of taking indecent liberties with a child

Court documents obtained by WFXR News say the charges stem from an incident with a teenager between the age of 15 and 17.

Graves is currently being held in jail without bond.
