UPDATE 2:55 P.M. BLAND COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — VDOT says traffic is backed up for over four miles on I-77 North.
The traffic on the southbound lanes has been cleared.

BLAND COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) says drivers traveling on Interstate 77 (I-77) North and South in Bland County can expect delays due to a vehicle crash on May 26th.
VDOT says the crash occurred at mile marker 53.7 on I-77 North. At this time the north left shoulder and lane are closed, and traffic is backed up for over three miles.
The department says the traffic on I-77 South is also backed up for over two miles. Drivers are encouraged to seek alternative routes of travel.
