ROANOKE Va. (WFXR) — After a home caught fire in Roanoke on Thursday night, a neighbor helped remove a dog.
On Aug. 17 around 9:14 p.m., the Roanoke Fire-EMS Department responded to a house fire in the 2800 block of Bluestone Ave NE.
Firefighters said when they arrived, they found smoke coming from all sides of the home. The fire was quickly contained.
There were no reported injuries.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
