ROANOKE, VA (WFXR) – VDOT says drivers on I-581 can expect delays due to a multi-vehicle crash near the Elm Avenue exit.
As of 6:50 a.m. Tuesday morning, the south center and right lane were closed. VDOT reports traffic is backed up for more than a mile.
