LYNCHBURG, Va. (WFXR) – A Lynchburg man is in police custody after a brief standoff, Tuesday afternoon.

The Lynchburg Police Department was attempting to serve a warrant on 54-year-old Reginald Lee Hall in the 200 block of Grayson Street.
