Lynchburg police release identity of man who crashed into vehicles, home last week on Old Forest Road

LYNCHBURG, Va. (WFXR) – Police in Lynchburg has released the name of the man who crashed into vehicles and a home last week on Old Forest Road.

Police say 33-year-old Eric Cordero Jones of Lynchburg has been charged with DUI, reckless driving and driving while suspended resulting from the crash.

Jones was also served with an outstanding warrant for intent to distribute a controlled substance.

He turned himself into police earlier today and was taken into custody.

The investigation into this crash continues.
