Lynchburg Police investigate October larceny at JCPenney in River Ridge Mall

Lynchburg Police are investigating a larceny at a major department store valued around $1,000.

LYNCHBURG, Va. (WFXR) — Lynchburg Police are investigating a larceny valued around $1,000 at a department store.

Security cameras at the JCPenney at River Ridge Mall, located at 3409 Candlers Mountain Rd., captured people exiting the store with stolen items in October.

The Lynchburg Police are seeking a man with short-cropped hair who was wearing a long-sleeve white t-shirt and jeans at the time of the incident.
