Wanted woman out of Campbell County for strong-armed robbery captured in Gretna

CAMPBELL COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) – On Saturday, the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office announced that a woman wanted for strong-armed robbery had been caught.

The department says Barbara Clark, 37, of Rustburg, was being sought for an incident that took place on Dec. 23 in the area of Tower Hill Road in Rustburg.

The victim of the robbery stated that he was assaulted. His wallet was also taken in the incident.

Clark was captured in Gretna on Friday evening, Jan. 7 around 9:30 p.m.

The Campbell County Sheriff’s Department says Clark’s capture was helped by the Gretna Police Department.
