CAMPBELL COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) – The Campbell County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a breaking and entering that occurred around Logan Lane on Saturday, Oct. 14.
According to the sheriff’s office, deputies were dispatched to a breaking and entering in progress at around 12:40 p.m. As they arrived, they reportedly found three men dressed in dark clothing and wearing surgical masks allegedly attempting to open the door.
As the men fled from the deputies, two were immediately captured while the third escaped. Later it was determined that he was picked up from Walmart on Timberlake Rd.
When other deputies searched for the other subject, another male was detained that matched the description. Officials say It was later determined that he was also involved in this incident.
Edison Solar-Buitrago, Marlon Alex Salazar Hernandez Torroledo and Nelson Augusto Munoz Gomez are all being held at the Lynchburg Blue Ridge Jail without bond. The three were charged with:
- Intentionally destroy, deface or damage property more than $1000.00
- Conspire to intentionally destroy, deface, or damage property more than $1000.00
- Conspire to break and enter in the daytime the dwelling house.
The sheriff’s office says are searching for the individual who fled the scene. He was wearing dark clothing and may have left the area in a newer model Silver Jeep. The suspect appeared to be of Hispanic descent.
