LYNCHBURG, Va. (WFXR) — The Lynchburg Water resources have reported that the intersection of Ninth and Main Street will remain closed until further notice because of a water main break on February 8.
The city says the incident occurred on Wednesday afternoon and the intersection will remain closed until all repairs are complete. Main Street is open with a detour in place for all travelers including emergency vehicles.
Authorities advise that this break will not impact water services in the area. WFXR News will update this story as details become available.
