Police investigate reported OTC medicine theft at Lynchburg Sam’s Club

LYNCHBURG, Va. (WFXR) – Police in Lynchburg are investigating a reported theft of over-the-counter medication from Sam’s Club on Wards Road.

The Lynchburg Police Department says the larceny was reported on Friday, May 14 at 3912 Wards Road.

When officers arrived, they learned that a woman had reportedly stolen more than 100 bottles of over-the-counter medicine and had left the store in a Buick with a North Carolina license plate RAL-8703.

The investigation into this crime is continuing.
