UPDATE 2/15 1:52 P.M.(WFXR) — The Nelson County Sheriff’s Office says Christopher Heath Hunt is now in custody.
Hunt was arrested on Tuesday, Feb. 14, and was wanted for multiple crimes including aggravated sexual battery.

NELSON COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — The Nelson County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating Christopher Heath Hunt who is wanted for a 2022 incident in which he was involved.
The incident led to Hunt being charged with the following crimes:
- Sodomy of a mentally incapacitated person
- Object sexual penetration
- Aggravated sexual battery
Hunt is described as being a 5’11 white male, weighing 195 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
