Man arrested in connection with food truck burglaries in Bedford County

BEDFORD COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — The Bedford County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man in connection with some burglaries at Backyard food trucks in Forest earlier this week.

This news comes after deputies say someone broke in and damaged several food trucks at the Backyard along Route 221 at Burn Bridge Road at approximately 4:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 15.

According to the sheriff’s office, 21-year-old Tyler Martin of Forest was charged with three counts of burglary, one count of property damage, and one count of petit larceny. Martin was taken to the Bedford Regional Jail.
