LYNCHBURG, Va. (WFXR) – The Lynchburg Police Department is asking for assistance in identifying a vehicle and driver involved in a hit-and-run.
The police are looking for a black sedan seen in the photo below. If you see this vehicle, the police are asking you to contact law enforcement and to not approach the vehicle or the potential occupants.
