LYNCHBURG, Va. (WFXR) — Members of the public are invited to attend a remote meeting Thursday evening about the Lakeside Drive Bridge Over Blackwater Creek project.
Lynchburg officials say you can participate in the meeting either online or by phone from 6 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 29.
“The meeting will provide information regarding the current construction which includes a new alignment for Lakeside Drive, a new four-lane bridge, a roundabout at the intersection of Old Forest Road and pedestrian facilities throughout the project,” the City of Lynchburg said in a statement earlier this month. “This project is the precursor to the College Lake Dam Removal Project.”

When you register for the meeting, you will need the Webinar ID (248-160-259) and the Attendee Access Code (938-326-968). After you register, you should receive a confirmation email .
Those who wish to join the remote meeting by phone is asked to call (562) 247-8422, but keep in mind that phone attendees will only be able to listen, not comment or actively participate.

Officials say any meeting information and related correspondence received will be posted on the project’s website.
