Driver injured after crashing into Campbell County house Thursday

CAMPBELL COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — One person was brought to the hospital on Thursday after crashing into a home in Campbell County.

According to the Bedford County Special Operations Command’s Facebook post on Thursday, April 1, their crews joined the Forest Fire Department in assisting the Lyn Dan Heights Volunteer Fire Department with a shoring operation on Leesville Road.

Fire officials say the driver was brought to Lynchburg General Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
