CAMPBELL COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — Campbell County authorities are searching for a man accused of stealing several items from a church last week.

Between 6:06 and 7:10 a.m. on Thursday, July 8, the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office says a man broke into the Lakewood Baptist Church at 2469 Sunburst Road in Evington.

The individual — depicted in the surveillance photos below — stole several items from the church, but also moved some items to other locations in the church, seemingly in an effort to come back later to pick them up, according to authorities.

Officials say man has several distinct tattoos, notably on each of his arms.

If you have any information about this crime, you are asked to contact Investigator L.T. Guthrie at (434) 332-9580.
