Medical issue leads to vehicle crashing into Lynchburg business

LYNCHBURG, Va. (WFXR) — A printer business in the Hill City is badly damaged after a car almost drove through its brick exterior.

The Printworks building on Leesville Road is now boarded-up after the crash, which occurred on Friday, Dec. 3 around 4 p.m.

The Lynchburg Police Department says one person was taken to Lynchburg General Hospital following the incident.

Investigators have determined the accident was caused by a medical issue.

As of Saturday, Dec. 4, there is no word on that person’s condition or whether anyone else is hurt.
