CAMPBELL COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — People of all ages tested their skills at the annual Fireman’s Fair.

It’s a tradition that’s been happening for 50 years at the Brookville Middle School. The money raised from the fair helps the Brookville-Timberlake Volunteer Fire Department.

“It goes towards our operating expense, it goes to a new ladder truck that hopefully get in a couple of months so we’ll use some of this money for equipment that will go on that,” said Doug White, vice president of the Brookville-Timberlake Volunteer Fire Department.

The fair runs through Saturday, June 18.
