BEDFORD, Va. (WFXR) — The Bedford Fire Department says it is investigating a massive house fire that occurred on Tuesday night.
Shortly after 6:30 p.m. on March 7, firefighter crews arrived at the scene of a home fully engulfed in flames. Officials say the blaze was so large, additional crews were called in to get it under control. With several crews working together, a water supply large enough to extinguish the fire was established before it could spread to neighboring homes.
There were no reported injuries. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
