‘Armed and dangerous’ fugitive in custody, says the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office

RUSTBURG, Va. (WFXR) – The Campbell County Sheriff’s Office has announced the capture of a man they determined to be “armed and dangerous.”

Keane David Rioseco was captured and is in custody as of Saturday, July 3, authorities say.

Rioseco was wanted for felony charges including evading police.

He was wanted in the Charlotte/Mecklenburg County region in North Carolina.

The sheriff’s office says that public reports helped them locate Rioseco.
