Jury selection begins in the case against Natalie Keepers

The jury has been selected for the trial against Natalie Keepers, the accused accomplice in the Nicole Lovell murder. 

Nine men and five women were selected,

Natalie Keepers is accused of being an accessory before the fact. 

After 38 people were called for jury selection, the judge was able to seat a jury of 14 people including 2 alternates.

Some of the questions used in the jury selection include questions about social media, law enforcement bias, and mention of photos which could be graphic and may be introduced as evidence. 

Several jurors stated they believed Natalie Keepers was guilty and could not put their bias aside. 

One juror even got emotional about having to sit on the jury. 

Natalie Keepers sat in the courtroom wearing regular clothes instead of her prison uniform during jury selection.
