Virginia State Police have arrested a Grayson County man after a fatal crash.
37-year-old Steven Williams turned himself in Tuesday to the Virginia State Police for the charge of first-degree murder.
The crash happened on October 10 on Route 58.
Police say Williams was “a causative factor” in how the vehicle he was riding in crossed the center line and struck head-on a westbound tractor-trailer.
Williams was one of seven people in the vehicle. None of the seven were wearing a seatbelt.
A 15-year-old boy died at the scene.
Williams is being held at the New River Valley Regional Jail.
