Franklin County Public Safety Department and partners provide free meals for area residents

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — “Feeding Franklin County” will be giving away free bagged lunches all week at different locations in Franklin County.

There are no donations required. The Franklin County Department of Public Safety says meals will be distributed at the following locations:

  • MONDAY: Ferrum Elementary School, 1 p.m. – 2 p.m.
  • TUESDAY: Henry Elementary School, 1 p.m. – 2 p.m.
  • WEDNESDAY: Glade Hill Elementary School, 1 p.m. – 2 p.m.
  • THURSDAY: Callaway Elementary School, 1 p.m. – 2 p.m.
  • FRIDAY: Heavenly Manna Food Bank in Rocky Mount, 1 p.m. – 2 p.m.
