Four families displaced after residential fire in southwest Roanoke

ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) — Four families are displaced after a residential fire in southwest Roanoke Thursday evening.

Roanoke Fire-EMS was dispatched to the 400 block of Albemarle Avenue SW around 6 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 3. The fire department says crews were able to extinguish the fire within 15 minutes.

No injuries have been reported, but fire officials say four families are displaced

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
