Five people have been charged after they allegedly helped a fugitive hide from law enforcement.

According to the Wythe County Sheriff’s Office, the five people charged lied to investigators and helped Drain from being captured by authorities.

The following have been charged with accessory after the fact in a felony:

Nicholas Wayne Alexander Albert (5/10/1998) x 2 counts

Joshua Mark Saferight (2/14/1991)
