Firehouse Subs supplied over 3,000 bottles of water to first responders in Roanoke, Danville, and Lynchburg

(WFXR) — Firehouse Subs restaurants served up more than just subs at stores across Roanoke, Lynchburg, and Danville last weekend.

Instead, they supplied over 3,000 bottles of water for various organizations, including Roanoke County Fire & Rescue, the Lynchburg Fire Department, and the Danville Fire Department on Saturday, Aug. 7.

It was part of Firehouse Subs’ ninth annual H20 For Heroes donation event, a one-day bottled water drive that helps replenish drinking water supplies for first responders and community organizations who are working in the hot summer months.
