BEDFORD, Va. (WFXR) – A driver was able to call for help via telephone after running over an embankment and becoming trapped in the vehicle, according to the Bedford Fire Department.
BFD units were dispatched to the 5500 block of Big Island Highway to extricate the patient, as he/she was in an area of thick vegetation and could not be seen by other drivers.
