Driver hospitalized after single-vehicle crash Sunday in Forest

The driver in the single-vehicle crash last night in Forest was transported to the hospital, according to Forest Fire Department.

FOREST, Va. (WFXR) — A driver is in the hospital after a single-vehicle crash last night in Forest.

In a Facebook post, the Forest Volunteer Fire Department said the accident involved an SUV “with entrapment” around 8 p.m on Dec. 22 on Goode Road, also known as Route 668.

The driver did not have non-life threatening injuries, a fire official told WFXR.

The SUV flipped and came to rest in a ditch.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
