A Henry County man has been arrested and charged after he is believed to have broken into at least two homes in Franklin County.
According to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, Kevin James Pulley was arrested and charged with breaking/entering after deputies responded to the 2000 block of Providence Church Road. Someone had called police after seeing a suspicious vehicle after a break-in.
A search warrant was executed on Pulley’s vehicle and deputies said they found jewelry, a floor jack, hand tools, and music CD’s. Law enforcement also said they found a tv and more jewelry at the Pulley’s home.
They said they were also able to link Pulley to another break-in on the 1000 block of Fork Mountain Road that happened in mid-November.
Pully has been charged with the following: Breaking/Entering to commit Felony, Grand Larceny, and Destruction of Property for this offense.
Other charges may be pending.
