CARROLL COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing 16-year-old girl.
Brooke Lynn Arthur was last seen on July 30, and has not been heard from since. She may still be in the Hillsville/Cana area.
Brooke Lynn Arthur is described as having blue eyes and brown hair with blue tips.
