LYNCHBURG, Va. (WFXR) — A man crashed into a Dunkin Donuts after leaving an apartment on Old Forest Road in Lynchburg this evening.

Allen Carwile, Battalion Chief with Lynchburg Fire Department, tells WFXR that the driver of the late-90s model Toyota Camry, Danny Henderson, 26, of Chesterfield was arrested and charged with DUI.

Police say he exited Bramblewood Apartments, crossed all lanes of traffic and crashed into the business.

The freezer section of the restaurant was hit, Carwile said.

No injuries have been reported.
