Campbell County Sheriff seeks public’s help in locating individual suspected of credit card fraud

RUSTBURG, Va. (WFXR) – The Campbell County Sheriff’s Office is actively searching for an individual wanted for questioning relating to the fraudulent use of a credit card.

The Sheriff’s Department says on Tuesday, March 24, an individual entered the Lowes on Timberlake Road in Lynchburg and was captured on video surveillance attempting to retrieve an order in relation to the theft and fraudulent use of a credit card.

The person is described as being between 5’9″ to 6-feet tall, medium build, clean shaven, bald and was wearing a black shirt and jeans.

The person arrived and left in what is likely a 2003-2007 white Chevy pickup.
