BEDFORD, Va. (WFXR) — Firefighters were dispatched to Stoney Creek Road after a propane truck collapsed on a bridge on Monday morning.

Around 10:46 a.m. on Aug. 6, the Bedford Fire Department responded to the 2300 block of Stoney Creek Road. On the scene, they found a truck had fallen through the bridge.

Firefighters stayed on the scene for nearly seven hours to ensure no leaks were coming from the truck.

The truck was successfully moved by a heavy recovery company.

There were no reported injuries.
