For just a brief moment, we can simply let go of worrying about making up what we have missed and be sure that our kids will at least not lose out on this one thing this year – SNOW DAY! So please, enjoy a day of snow, possibly make a snowman, drink some hot chocolate, ride a sled. Take pictures and cherish the moments; kids will outgrow many of their winter clothes by this time next year (we know!!). Adults, read a book by the fire, relax and take time for yourself. We will return to the serious nature of education and learning on Thursday, but until then, make a snowball or 2.”
