Some Alleghany Highlands residents have more options to schedule COVID-19 vaccination appointments closer to home

(WFXR) — Residents in Alleghany and Craig counties — as well as the city of Covington — now have more choices to schedule a vaccine appointment near you.

The Roanoke City and Alleghany Health Districts say weekly Moderna vaccine clinics are taking place in the Alleghany County, Covington, and Clifton Forge areas.

To schedule a time to receive your vaccine, click here, call (540) 962-2173 Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., or call (540) 613-6597 Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
